ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you should not give gripe water to your 4 months old baby boy. It is unnecessary and dangerous. They can cause infection to your baby. Some of them also contain alcohol and opium like substances. Breast milk is easy to digest. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
