can i give gripe water thrice a day to my 1month one day old baby ?

Hello mom normally gripe water is not very good and Essential to be given to the baby , if the mother is taking easy to digest foods and limiting her intake of spices and gas forming foods would be good enough , use of hing in her meals , regular consumption of jeera or ajwain or saunf water also would be beneficial
