can I give figs and almond to my 19 month old baby? if yes how many figs a day should I give?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes can give.. 2 figs n 2 to 3 almond is fine. A safe and healthy way to consume almonds is by soaking them in water and peeling the skin before consuming.almond
