NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello yes apple and dates both are good and very healthy and nutritious and can be given to the child on a daily basis which is absolutely not a problem and also make sure to give your child other healthy and nutritious food in the diet which can help and the growth of a child
