ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes, you can give dates to ur 11 month old. Start with one date along with other fruits It can be mashed with other fruits or steamed. Give steamed dates or mashed in small pieces or puree to avoid any choking hazards.,
