my baby is 11 months old...can I give dates for my baby..how many dates can be give for babies and how to give.? dates causes allergy for babies?

You can give two dates per day if you would want to for the more I would like to tell you kids can be allergic to any particular things but dates are not allergic generally if your child is then it would be a different story but you can try giving it and then you can only figure out whether it is there or not
