can i give dates nd nuts for my baby..he is completed one year..is that dates make cold?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. yes can be given. Common cold or flu is common when the season changes. It s mostly a viral infection. . It s a myth that any food products like ghee orange or egg can cause cold. Give all food items when cold whatever baby prefers
