POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. To introduce cow milk in baby's diet, you should atleast wait for 1 year as by then their immunity and digestive system develop for outside foods. Till then, you can continue feeding breastmilk Or any good formula milk. Also, start feeding semi solid foods thrice a day alongwith variety of fluids.
