Saman AkbarMom of 3 children1 Year agoA. Please don't give cow milk to 7 month old baby. It is full of proteins and will be heavy on baby's tummy causing discomfort to digest. Mother's milk is best for such small babies. If one is not able to give that then it is better to opt for a suitable formula after consulting the doctor. My pediatric suggested me Aptamil Gold Formula Milk for my 8 month old baby when I planned to switch from breast milk to other options. He explained how this formula consisted of ingredients that are closest to mother's milk and also included many are nutrients that promotes a baby's bone and brain health and boosts immunity too. He suggested me Stage 2 as it is suitable for 6 to 12 month old babies. You can also consult with your doctor before you give.
