can I give coconut water to my 11 months old baby ? what will be the quantity?

A. Dear ma’am, yes you can give tender coconut water. Around 75ml weekly twice. Avoid bottle feeding at any cost. Also continue to encourage frequent breastfeeding along with age appropriate solids
