Q.

Can I give chicken and mutton to my 1 yr old? Can I give paneer ane cheese??

A. Yes of course you can start giving these as early as six months itself and now that the baby is one year old you can give anything that an adult consumes only in quantity and spice suitable to the childWrite Your Answer Here

A. and also chiken liver.one table spoon of liver pate contains,26 calories.and 2 grams of protein. and also dont give when he his sick( 🤒)

A. yes you can give it. but you have to little bit only.and see the reaction of your baby .if he enjoy it give it.first time means give limited.if it is liver it is good first try the liver. fry and smash it only give Middle one. i given liver to my 11monthsold baby he enjoyed it.so every sunday i will give little.taste

A. hi yes ,as a child is one year old,there is no restrictions on food. you can offer almost all food items which is prepared at home. but as you are introducing them first time,offer them one by one and in few spoons of quantity. then gradually increase it's quantity
