Can I give bananas to my daughter having cough and cold ? I am coufesh please help me

A. weather a particular food item (curd /milk / bannana etc) will cause any allergy to the child or not or it will cause any cough and cold to the child or not depends upon the past history of the child. if there is a particular history that after consuming a particular food or fruit a child develops cough and cold or loose motion or any type of skin rash within few hrs than only that particular food needs to be avoided otherwise you can give that particular foodd or fruit during illness as well as cough and cold. it is a myth that a particular food should not be taken during cough and cold or during illness and food allergies is usually not present in the whole population but only few people. x
