A. No.. not a right time to give. No other foods or fluids – including water – are not necessary till 6 months.  Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand . Breast milk is the recommended source of nutrition for infants, especially during the first six months of life. Its better to wait till 6 months by that time baby's bowel will be mature enough to accept semi solid foods
