can I giv suhaga to my child for weight gain.

A. Dear ma’am, what’s the current weight of your kid? How many meals do you give? How much milk does he drink daily? How is his bowel? Need not go for any supplements. Give him banana dates milkshake and multigrain porridge everyday

A. his weight is 10.9kgs. he is not on breast feed now. he takes half glass packet full cream milk daily since he doesn't like milk he does potty once daily his diet is - 9.30am to 10.00am - cornflakes n milk 11.30 am - breakfast i.e. poha, paratha, vermicelli etc 1.30pm - lunch- khichdi or ghee roti (1full or half) 1.30pm to 3.30pm- plays in park outside 3.30pm to 5.30pm- sleeps 5.30pm to 6.00pm- 2to4 rusk dipped in milk 8.00pm to 8.30pm- ghee roti (one full or half) 10.00pm to 10.30pm- rusk dipped in milk 11.30pm to 12 midnight- sleeps
