ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. after completing 6 months you can feed apple. No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months. Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand .

Hi parents completion of six months is right time for introducing food and water to your child please give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
