on regular basis include home cooked foods only
SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, you can eat home-made food. But avoid wheat and Maida until the completion of fifth month. As it might affect Baby as you will be breastfeeding. Eat more fibre and calcium Rich food,take veggies and fruits and different type of pulses. And take adequate liquids like buttermilk am a fresh fruit juice made at home, milkshakes. Keep yourself hydrated which is very important. Avoid outside food until you are breastfeeding.Write Your Answer Here
