mother needs to eat very healthy diet for healthy milk production.
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Urs You can eat Muniz after you know eating light food for 40 to 60 days approximately you can normally eat everything that you want to just avoid food is like Rajma and Chole because they are very very heavy to digest otherwise there is no restriction on any kind of food
