can I eat ice-cream,my baby boy is 7 month old,I breastfeeds him, so is it harmful for him??

You can have whatever you want to have a mean there is no restriction on any kind of diet that you should be following just that you should have every thing that is junk or that’s beyond the conventional food in a very more watch moderation that’s the only thing that you need to take care of otherwise there is no restriction on any kind of food that you would want to eat
