Can I eat dry fish (karuvad) during my 2 nd month of pregnancy

U Should avoid eating non-veg for first three months of your pregnancy after that you can go ahead with it and regular fish and chicken is supposed to be there mutton is there but I’m not very sure about dry fish so if it is a specific thing that you want to eat can you take an idea from your gynaecologist on this
