A. dear mom yes you can add hing in your meals as they are gas producing foods also hydrate yourself well, have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits

A. there are no diet restrictions for a breastfeeding mommy. just make sure you eat everything in moderation. if there is any obvious discomfort for your baby you can stop. continue to eat well and have a happy moommy which will lead to a happy baby as well
