can I eat Bananas during fast as I have 3 months baby ...and he is on breastfeeding...will it cause cough and cold to him...He also got vaccinated today?

You can have whatever fruit you would want to have there is no problem be comfortable with banana also and what you eat is not going to pass through your breastfeed that your child is going to get cold and cough it’s not advisable to do a fast during the time of breastfeeding it’s not healthy for the mother
