Can i eat almond i am breast feeding mother

A. yes, can eat almond.. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach. Whole Grains Sprouts, n lots of water.

A. hello actually it's of course you can have it regularly you can have very healthy food items because what about the intake could you take it comes in the form of breast milk to your baby
