can I eat a puliyogare I have a 3 month baby it's there....my mother told me don't eat puliyogare it's use a sesame it's not good for a baby

Nothing like that you can eat whatever you want to eat three month old child now there is no restriction on eating any kind of food that you would want to eat in general also also even have you if you have pizza burger sometimes that’s completely alright there is no problem in eating what you want to eat
