ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist5 years agoA. Dear mum, you can eat sapota every day even if you are breastfeeding your baby. Rather than having only sapota, have a variety of seasonal fruits. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby.
