Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. okay u can take ok. no problem taking all seasonal fruits vegetables better to take fresh fruits and taking fruit juices. There can be lot of individual variation in the problem sometimes there is need to do physical examination and if required for investigations also to come to the diagnosis and give appropriate advice ok

It is not advisable to have it during the time of pregnancy and otherwise if you want to have it it is not a problem because it is completely restricted during the time of pregnancy if you’re pregnant then don’t have it but in normal course of time of course you can have it there is no problem
