A. yes, it's safe, n good fir digestive system. take protein well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein, also have lots of healthy fluids

A. hi if you are pregnant ,then you should not take it. take seasonal fruits (apple ,pear , banana, etc ) veggies (Spinach, potao, sweet potato,green peas , etc) in your diet. prefer homemade Healthy diet. avoid taking outside food. keep your self well hydrated.
