Can I do squats, 4 months after normal delivery?

A. no it is better you avoid. After delivery you should take rest for at least 3 months and then after that you can start with regular daily walking followed by mild exercise after a few days and then slowly move on for heavy workouts after 7 months The camel pose is the best yoga after delivery to reduce the weight around the tummy, along with strengthening all the major muscles of the body

A. hello yes you can be doing squats which is not a problem especially if you are comfortable and you feel you have recovered completely you can slowly start with it which is absolutely safe and not a problem and nothing to worry about
