Q.

can I do cardio exercises like plank, leg raises, wall sit etc for flattening my belly..if yes, then after how many days I can do after my cicerian...?

A. after 324 months of cesarean section you can do some exercises like brisk walking for at least half an hour cardio exercises yoga stretching exercises and also maintain your calorie level
