Can I delay my baby first vaccination is it ok to take the first vaccination after 2 months

A. Vaccination needs to be given to child only when the present covid situation becomes favourable and under full safety precautions.if there is any delay it will not have any adverse effect but mandatory vaccinations specially under one year of age should be on the priority list followed by optional vaccine later on .due to strict pandemic situation,in such condition most important vaccination should be given on priority which your doctor will decide. Influenza vaccine should be given to children above 6 months of age in this season if not given to avoid unnecessary hojfrspitalisation and other risk factors because of flu infection.it is repeated after one year as a booster dose.

A. baby first vaccination will be Dpt given on the 6weeeks.. you can delay the vaccination for 2-4weeks, then get it done at the earliest possible.. update the baby details in the first cry vaccination tracker and get details regarding the upcoming vaccination..
