ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist2 weeks agoA. dear mum , a healthy mother can continue to breastfeed her baby even during her second pregnancy if u choose then also after ur 2nd child is born take care of ur nutrition if there is a history of premature delivery then u shd not breastfeed

No of course not ma’am if you are going to continue with the pregnancy you are not supposed to continue to feed a child because the doctors do not recommended so slowly try to withdraw your feeding and try to get your child onto another feed rather than breastfeeding
