Can I conceive with the weight of 64 kg with 5 feet height? I want to plan my second baby.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yoy can but will be high risk. so try to lose weight ok. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Yes You can of course that is not an issue but it would definitely be much much better if you lose down about 5 to 7 kgs before you plan for the second child because you’re actually quite overweight according to your current height so if you reduce down a little it will be easier for you to maintain the pregnancy with the gaining weight next time
