Yes Yes yes absolutely you can feed a child when you are taking any kind of an abortion pill it is not going to affect anything so you can continue feeding the child as well still if you have any doubt about it then you can consult your gynaecologist and also would advise you not to take any medicine without consulting your gynaecologist even if it is for the termination
