do drink lots of water.
it’s still important to make sure you wash your hands often, avoid coughing or sneezing in front of your baby

Yes u can continue to breastfeed ur baby even if u have fever. There is no problem in that and this will not effect your baby. so no need to worry.
once ur baby completes six months then u can start with semi solids and water
