Can i be pregnant while breastfeeding to my first child? Though breastfeeding is not frequent but only when he is sleeping.

Yes Absolutely you can get pregnant any time when you are breastfeeding you can keep on your period when you are breastfeeding for certain times but there is nothing that you cannot get pregnant in fact you are more fertile during that time so you can conceive Anytime
