can I add sugar or salt in food for my 6 months old baby.

A. avoid, as it's not advisable till 1 yr of age, better to avoid adding salt and sugar till one year..as it will affect your baby's developing kidney.. You can give different taste by adding Cummin powder, Curry leaves, coriender leaves, ajawain (carrom seeds), cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, garlic, nutmeg, date puree, or boiled and pureed risings

A. Foods for children, especially babies should not contain salt and sugar. In fact, babies do not need processed salt and sugar because their bodies extract sugar and salt from food in their natural form. The kids' diet plan should comprise of natural ingredients helping them eat better and grow better.
