#AskTheExpert please recommend diet for 6 month old. can we add sugar or salt to food

A. Give weaning food one time a day like, Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge. Give vegetables such as pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree, and fruits puree of pears, avocado, apple, ripe banana, papaya, do not add salt n sugar
