can i add salt to add taste for my babys ceral food

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. do not add. .they do not know the taste unless we intriduce it. adding salt will be burden on ur babys devloping kidney, so avoid it till 1 yr of age

I would suggest you to add because I have added salt from the beginning itself and it has been suggested by my paediatrician itself she said you should add everything to make it proper flavour some for the child and never faced the problem so with that only I’m going to advise you to you can add it
