Give three meal and one snack a day
Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand.

Yes Absolutely butter ghee peanut butter you can add all these things to the oats of your child but I hope you’re preparing oats fresh at home you are not supposed to go for the package awards which are available in the market which I like the ready to eat food
