can I add jaggery in fruit purey to 7 months baby boy

A. No need as fruits contains natural sweetness so no need to add any jaggery or sugar to it so hate the fruit and feed the baby as such so avoid adding artificial sweetners in the fruits take care

A. hello yes jaggery can be added but the fruits itself will have the sweetness and additionally adding may not be required but jaggery safe to be added as it is rich in iron content but in small quantity should be fine and good for the growth of the child
