Can I add jaggery to my 7 months old baby's food??

A. good to offer or agg jaggery after 8 month. Sweetening of food/porridges are not recommended even it is with fruits, dates, etc because it might become a habit in no time and will be difficult to change.

A. Hello mom Yes you can add jaggery to your seven months old babies food it is very healthy for baby so you can start giving it regularly. Baby should take at least four meals in a day so you have to maintain babies diet plan according to that. And always use baby products for your baby and you can go for Babyhug baby products
