can I add ghee to baby cerelac?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes few drops can add in it also in other baby food too.. Better to use home made ghee if possible. Ghee’ is a healthy source of fat and contains the all DHA..DHA has been deemed as necessary for brain development and growth.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning I would not recommend you to start adding ghee to the cerelac as of now it will not a good at all it is advisable that it can be added to the dal and rice that you are giving to the child
