A. Ghee, or clarified butter, can offer several benefits for babies when consumed in moderation: 1. Rich in fat-soluble vitamins: Ghee contains vitamins A, D, E, and K, which are essential for healthy growth and development. 2. Easily digestible: The process of clarifying butter removes milk solids and water, making ghee easier to digest for babies compared to regular butter. 3. Provides energy: Ghee is a concentrated source of calories and healthy fats, providing a quick source of energy for babies. 4. Supports brain development: The fats in ghee, including omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, are important for brain development and function. 5. Helps absorb nutrients: The fat content in ghee can aid in the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and minerals from other foods. However, it's important to introduce ghee to your baby's diet gradually and in moderation, especially if there is a family history of allergies or lactose intolerance. Always consult with your pediatrician before introducing any new food to your baby's diet.
