can give gripe water to 1 month old baby?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Gripe water should not be used in babies. It is not good for baby just give only breast milk..Only breast milk is sufficient for your baby till first 6 month. Burp properly after each feed. avoid any self medication.
