Q.

can enterogermina liquid be given to children, if the child has no problems, with the purpose to improve gut health . my child is a picky eater he does not eat probiotic foods like curd.

A. yes, in that case you can give, but avoid giving continues ly give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy. Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time. Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Hi parent I suggest you please avoid self medication I suggest you please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi curry dhokla idli etc it contains good bacteria so make digestive system strong please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug instant senitizer
