AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Yes, fever swelling and rashes are the common symptoms after vaccination. Give paracetamol to ur baby for fever if the fever is 99.5F or above. Repeat the dose after six hours if fever comes again.
