Can breastfeeding mom take Dollo 650 or flexion twice a day, as not feeling well. Cold cough, no fevee

A. Hello, your baby boy is 10 months old and if you are having a cold and coughs and if you don’t have fever then dolo 650 is not advisable but sinarest three times a day
