Yes If you follow all the precautions properly where double layer of mask then you can definitely breastfeed the child in general also you can breastfeed the child if your Covid positive but it is always good to maintain proper you know protocols maintaining hygiene and cleanliness so that not even by mistake you transfer your infection to the child
