I'm tested positive for covid and my doctor suggested not to breastfeed. but I read online that covid positive mothers can breastfeed. someone pls suggest if I can breastfeed my baby while taking covid medication

Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, If your doctor advised you to not breastfeed your baby, do not breast feed your baby, please follow your doctor's advise. Yes ofcourse, i too read that we can breastfeed the baby safely eventhough covid positive. However, if doctor advised we need to follow doctor suggestion.
