Mutton or mutton soup can be introduced after completing the age of 2 1/2 years right now your diet should be vegetarian any kind of non-veg into the diet of the child can be introduced once a child completes the time of 10 to 11 months then you can start with egg yellow yellow chicken and fish for your child
