ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. if baby is healthy and full town delivery then you can start giving bath to the baby after 3 days of C section delivery The best way to maintain good skin tone in baby is giving adequate feeding To maintain proper hydration Giving daily oil massage to the baby followed by warm water bath On regular basis for at least 1st 2 years Avoid using more of moisturizer and powder
